Overall clean hotel with very friendly and active staff and a great value. Comfortable beds and central heating, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator. A wide range of goodies for breakfast.

Very nice king one bedroom. The room was clean, up-to-date and roomy. The hotel is near shopping, restaurants and the airport, all the conveniences. They have a very nice restaurant/ bar in case you dont have a car. We got a good rate and would stay here again.

I recently stayed at Residence Inn in Grapevine for a wedding. The pool was clean and provided a refreshing break from the hot sun. The room was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The shuttle service was exceptional, with the driver picking me up from the airport, dropping me off at the wedding venue, and returning to pick me up at the end of the evening. The bed was cozy and the continental breakfast was complete. I loved the helpfulness of the staff and enjoyed my suite, which was perfect for accommodating my handicapped sister.

We enjoyed our stay at the inn. The staff was very friendly, accomodating and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean ,well appointed and spacious. I enjoyed speaking with the staff in all the areas; front desk, Library Restaurant, breakfast room. Each staff person we met smiled and said good morning or good evening, greeting us in a friendly way. One of your staff members , a young woman named Amy went above and beyond by providing information, sugestions, and even a shuttle ride. We were traveling with an older,senior couple who have some mobility problems and Amy made the extra effort to get the shuttle and take us to nearby locations and back. If you have a " Gold Star " award give Amy a big gold star, she is super.

There really was nothing about the inn that was a problem, or that I did not like. As a suggestion, I would add some additional " handicap parking " spaces closer to the front door of the hotel for guests with mobility problems. Review the menu at the Library and see if there is room for some lighter fare, perhaps expand the salad offerings for those weight conscioue travelers or those seeking a lighter meal.

The room was spacious and had a large bathtub 🛁. Having central heating, a microwave, and a fridge were great pluses for us!
